We’re recruiting a Marketing Assistant to join a collaborative, fast-paced team where your ideas will be welcomed, and your work will make a real impact.This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cardiff, reporting into an experienced Marketing Executive. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to gain broad exposure across digital, campaigns, content creation, and internal communications.What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the creation of marketing materials and campaign content
- Managing social media platforms – scheduling, posting and engaging
- Assisting with event planning and attending on the day
- Writing case studies, newsletters, and internal comms
- Conducting market research to spot trends and opportunities
- Helping to coordinate marketing campaigns with internal teams and partners
- Admin support across the marketing function
What we’re looking for:
- A creative, organised team player with great attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (bonus if you’ve used design tools or WordPress)
- Experience in a marketing or content-focused role – even through education or internships
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Nice to have (but not essential):
- CIM qualification or working towards it
- Welsh language skills
