We’re recruiting a Marketing Assistant to join a collaborative, fast-paced team where your ideas will be welcomed, and your work will make a real impact.This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cardiff, reporting into an experienced Marketing Executive. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to gain broad exposure across digital, campaigns, content creation, and internal communications.What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the creation of marketing materials and campaign content

• Managing social media platforms – scheduling, posting and engaging

• Assisting with event planning and attending on the day

• Writing case studies, newsletters, and internal comms

• Conducting market research to spot trends and opportunities

• Helping to coordinate marketing campaigns with internal teams and partners

• Admin support across the marketing function

What we’re looking for:

• A creative, organised team player with great attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (bonus if you’ve used design tools or WordPress)

• Experience in a marketing or content-focused role – even through education or internships

• A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Nice to have (but not essential):

• CIM qualification or working towards it

• Welsh language skills
