Gabriela Leite Curly Hair Salon is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the growth of our salon through strategic marketing efforts, brand awareness, and client engagement. The successful candidate will contribute to media content, promotions, and communication strategies that enhance our presence in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline Create and manage content for social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Coordinate promotional materials, email newsletters, and in-salon events Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and customer engagement Support the design and maintenance of the company website and digital assets Liaise with local partners, influencers, and clients to promote brand visibility Help manage the salon’s online presence and customer reviews Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing or digital media role Proficiency with social media platforms, digital tools (e.g. Canva, Meta Business Suite), and content creation Strong communication and organizational skills Interest or background in beauty, wellness, or fashion sectors is an advantage Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
