Cpl Marketing Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join an IT Consultancy firm based in Dublin 12. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent college graduate who is passionate about marketing, social media, content creation, and brand development. The Marketing Associate will be involved in executing the Company’s marketing strategy and enhancing their brand presence in Ireland.Key Responsibilities– Develop, implement, and manage social media presence across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn).– Monitor social media channels for trends and interact with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.– Research, write, and edit high-quality articles, blog posts, and other written content that reflects their brand voice.– Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines.– Help develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.– Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and events.– Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions.– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.Qualifications– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.– Proven 1-2 years experience or internships in marketing, social media or content creation.– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.– Strong understanding of social media platforms.– Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles.– Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Salary is €35,000 and you will be based on site in Ballymount so having your own transport is essential.If this sounds like you… Please contact Faye on to arrange a call.
