Job Title: Marketing / Brand ManagerLocation: ChesterSalary: £45,000 per annumJob Type: Full time, PermanentThe hours of work are: 37.5 hours Monday to FridayDue to continued growth at our Chester office, we have an exciting opportunity of a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.This is an exceptional opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join this global company within their prestigious, modern Chester office. Our broad portfolio of hearing related products and services generates annual revenues in excess of 2 billion EUR.Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will:

• Be the brand custodian for Signia and other own label ranges
• Running annual brand management processes
• Ownership of all brand comms to B2B and B2C targets
• Control of the total Marketing Communications schedule (including digital) – Customer comms, PR and Advertising and manage the Marketing activity schedule
• Line manage a Marketing Executive
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities of the department
• Delivering of company targets and key performance indicators (KPI)
• Liaise with the team to ensure the graphic design workload is prioritised to meet customer needs
• Review and monitor external companies used, such as Print, POS, Design and Events Management
• Management of Marketing Budget in line with sales generation and company goals
• Work with relevant sales leads to develop and delivery of specific launches and campaigns
• Development of the marketing team by setting clear objectives with ongoing performance management process
• Attend management meetings as part of the management team, providing support and input into the company objectives and performance
• Manage and coordinate all channel exhibitions and events and ensure planning and company objectives are achieved, with support from the events executive
• Support product management with ongoing planning and maintenance for both existing and new technology
• Work alongside the Marketing Director and counterpart Marketing Manager to manage, monitor and implement wider market strategy

About you:Essential Experience:The successful candidate will:

• Have a degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent level of education
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing or equivalent roles
• High level competencies in customer focus, leadership, motivation, inspiration and strategic orientation
