Location: Mitcham, CR4 4TU
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Contract: Full time, Permanent

CRL is a specialist asset maintenance contractor that inspects, repairs & refurbishes of buildings & structures.

You will be promoting CRL’S Services, building brand awareness and supporting business development efforts.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategies.
  • Compiling and analysing data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Managing and growing social media profiles, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
  • Creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, such as blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Maintaining websites and respond to online enquiries
  • Compiling of case studies and award submission
  • Involved in bid submission at PQQ and tender stage.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Coordinating logistics, create promotional materials, and ensure successful event implementation.
  • Responsible for the collation and creation of the quarterly company newsletter, liaising with all departments to obtain suitable content.
  • Assisting in business development
  • Occasional travel to sites may be required to learn about the wider organisation.
  • Any other duties as directed by the business

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong passion for marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
