A leading luxury hospitality group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to spearhead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives across its prestigious portfolio of award-winning restaurants and bars.This senior leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate the brand presence of some of London’s most sought-after venues, driving awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and execution of the marketing strategy for all brands within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning.
Manage and mentor a talented marketing team, including digital, content, social media, and PR professionals, to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Oversee brand campaigns, ensuring that all marketing assets, messaging, and initiatives are consistent with the luxury and exclusivity of the venues.
Drive multi-channel marketing efforts, including PR, influencer partnerships, events, and paid advertising to increase customer engagement and boost revenue.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Events) to align marketing efforts with broader business goals and enhance guest experiences.
Lead data-driven decision-making, utilising analytics to measure ROI, optimise strategies, and track campaign performance.
Play a key role in launching new venues and expanding the brand, ensuring successful market entry and positioning.
Foster relationships with external agencies, influencers, and the press to maximize media exposure and brand visibility.
Experience:
Proven experience in a senior marketing role within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium F&B brands.
Expertise in digital marketing, social media, PR, and brand storytelling, with an in-depth understanding of trends in luxury hospitality.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and driving ROI.
A passion for luxury hospitality, food, and experiential marketing, coupled with a keen eye for brand aesthetics and detail.
