Our customer engagement sets the bar in service and experiential retail, giving our customers something to love every time.KNOW THE ROLEOur Marketing Team are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.As a Marketing Executive for our Fashions & Accessories categories, you will support the Category Manager in the execution of the marketing and communication plan across the division whilst also managing event activity and email calendars for the category. You will:

  • Assist with campaign plans, pre and post campaign follow up and analysis leading to report generation, evaluation and subsequent follow up
  • Play an integral role in the planning, approval and CRM briefing process relating to all category Direct Mails
  • Assist and in some cases drive in totality the coordination and smooth running of events, designed to drive and generate sales for the business, while taking responsibility for general administration and accounts
  • Work very closely with key functions of the Brown Thomas business (buying, online, store operations, CRM) to compliment and maximise all opportunities and keep all key personnel (both internal and external) up to date with a constant flow of information
  • Liaise with brands & external vendors on a daily basis, ensuring that information for website, social media, emails and instore POS is gathered in time and updated regularly
  • On occasion you will work with the Marketing manager on projects that fall outside of the category

KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3 years’ experience in a executive role within a marketing environment
  • Highly organised with an ability to work on your own and as part of a cross functional team
  • Strong communication skills both spoken and written
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage more than one project at a time
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in a Marketing or business related discipline
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint is required
  • An understanding of the CRM function is preferable
