We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced Global B2B Marketing Agency. This is a great opportunity to join MOI’s internal marketing team and enter B2B marketing.As a Marketing Executive with a primary focus on social media, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy. Your goal will be to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement across all social media platforms. Additionally, you will support the Content Marketing Manager in producing content for both internal and external audiences and assist with keeping our website and intranet – The Shed content up to date. You will also help with communications across the agency, collaborating with social media champions, programme managers, creatives, and other departments to deliver our content strategy.ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

  • Produce and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across various platforms.
  • Schedule and publish pre-written content for our social media channels using HubSpot, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Curate relevant content from external sources to share on our social media channels.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create community engagement by interacting with followers, key influencers, and building our Alumni community.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our social media delivery.

Content Creation and Maintenance

  • Oversee the publication and distribution of content on our website, intranet – The Shed, and social media channels.
  • Write briefs to support our content delivery, including copy, design, and video.
  • Follow the agency workflow processes using available software tools i.e., Workamajig for scheduling resources.
  • Input to and deployment of the monthly internal newsletter, Shed Talks.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to align social media efforts with our overall content strategy.
  • Collaborate with social media champions, programme managers, creatives, and other departments to ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and branding across all platforms.
  • Liaise with other departments to develop social media content that supports overall business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to social media content to improve visibility and search rankings.

SEO and Keyword Optimisation

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
  • Provide regular reports on social media metrics, including engagement and reach, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Implement innovative ideas and approaches to enhance our social media presence.

Requirements

  • Graduate with at least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience in social media management and content marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • A good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Understanding of and previous experience with social media management tools (e.g., HubSpot) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Familiarity with video content creation and editing.

Experience with social media advertising and PPC campaigns.What we offer
