Your expertise will shape our competitive strategy and enable us to maintain a leading position in the market.Responsibilities:Research & Analysis:

  • Lead comprehensive research projects to gather market intelligence, competitive analysis, and industry insights.
  • Conduct thorough PESTLE & SWOT analyses to identify potential risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Research and analyse competitive landscapes, tracking industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define research objectives and develop actionable research plans.
  • Partner with external agencies or consultants, as needed, to leverage specialized expertise and resources.

Actionable Insights & Recommendations:

  • Deliver insightful reports and presentations that highlight key findings, competitive positioning, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to share insights and inform decision-making.
  • Develop market segmentation strategies, customer personas, and value propositions based on research insights.

Competitive Strategy & Enablement:

  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize competitive deliverables, including battlecards, differentiator statements, and comparison templates.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive competitive content communication and adoption plan across departments.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Collaboration:

  • Support cross-functional teams in conducting customer research to gather feedback and understand market needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Experience: B2B experience in a similar role desirableSkills:

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and techniques.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
