Marketing Manager
Location: Bournemouth
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Pay rate: £40,000 – £50,000 DOEOur client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running and become a vital part of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated marketing professional, who’s looking to take the next step in their career, so we welcome applications from Marketing Coordinators also.Duties

• Plan and execute marketing strategies
• Work closely with the senior management team and Head of Business Development
• Responsible for keeping the social media platforms updated
• Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring spend is accurately recorded
• Develop and optimise marketing activity
• Assist the business teams with development objectives
• Work closely with the marketing agency for artwork and promotional materials
• Carrying out reviews of current support with a view to minimise agency usage
• Prepare content and ensure it’s updated at all times

Requirements

• Previous Marketing Coordinator/Manager experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Great communication and leadership skills, creative mind, and flexible approach
