Job description

A fantastic opportunity for a Retail Marketing Manager located in Cork ideally with a retail agricultural background to oversee marketing strategies and initiatives across the company’s retail branches. This role demands a highly organised individual who can multitask and adapt quickly to changing market conditions and seasonal campaigns.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of marketing campaigns.
• Work with designers, suppliers, advertisers and agencies to manage artwork and advertising deadlines.
• Use design platforms to create social media content.
• Oversee all retail communications including social media management.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently across all channels.
• Manage SEO and PPC campaigns and monitor web analytics.
• Support the development of the retail marketing and e-commerce team.
• Use sales reporting tools to analyse performance and optimise strategies.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects as required.
• Design and deliver presentations as required
• Manage the retail membership database.
• Liaise with the CFO to maximise sponsorship opportunities.
• Oversee sustainability initiatives for the Retail Division.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing and or relevant experience in a marketing role.
• Proven experience in marketing management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing tools, and SEO/PPC strategies.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in managing a team.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, and common digital marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Canva, and Google Business etc.
• Visual creativity.
• Passionate social media enthusiast.
• Key stakeholder management as part of change management.
