The ideal candidate will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across all media channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the narrative of a brand committed to social impact and to drive growth in an evolving market.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Growth:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to expand customer reach, increase brand visibility, generate leads, and grow the loan book, all while aligning with the company’s mission of social impact.Social Media & Content Management:
Oversee the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms, delivering a mix of daily posts, thought leadership, and storytelling content. Lead content creation for annual impact reports, blogs, videos, and case studies to engage target audiences.Media Relations & PR Collaboration:
Work with PR partners to identify media opportunities, create content, and position the company as an expert in social finance across various media outlets.Website Management & SEO:
Manage and optimise the company website for user experience and search engines, implementing SEO strategies to drive traffic and lead generation.Campaigns & Sales Support:
Partner with the sales team to design and implement marketing campaigns that drive business opportunities, create marketing collateral, and support networking initiatives.Event & Investor Coordination:
Plan and manage national and stakeholder events, ensuring the brand is represented effectively. Support the diversification of the investor base through targeted content.Budget & Performance Management:
Manage the marketing budget to ensure campaigns meet financial targets and provide regular performance reports on marketing efforts, including ROI and social media engagement metrics.Qualifications:
