Job Specification: Marketing Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid but occasional travel to St Albans, and some to Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00 pmCompany Profile:Our client who are a provider of Health and Safety & Security Solutions to a local and national client base are experiencing huge growth and as a result are hiring for a Group Marketing Manager to join their thriving team. This role is a brand new position, and the successful candidate can really make this role their own and grow and develop their own team.Job Responsibilities:
·Campaign development, create, plan and execute marketing campaigns.
·Conduct market research to gather insights into the consumer and industry trends
·Budget management and stakeholder management
·Take the clients marketing to the next level creating strategies
·Marketing Generalist, digital marketing, social media etcSkills and Experience:·Previous Marketing Management experience
·Generalist marketing experience
·Digital marketing experience
·Experience in developing campaigns and managing social media
·Must be a strategic thinker, who is a creative and analytical thinker
·Strong leadership experienceAdditional Information:
