Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations and Technology, this position will focus on ensuring seamless integration, effective tool usage, and accurate data flow to support marketing initiatives.This is a hands-on, impactful role where you will help shape and execute the vision for Syncron’s Martech stack, ensuring it delivers reliable data for dashboards, reporting, and operational insights. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enable the delivery of scalable, efficient, and high-performing marketing campaigns.What would you do?Marketing Technology Management
- Oversee and manage the tech stack, ensuring all tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Drift, Uberflip, etc.) are fully integrated and configured to support marketing and sales processes effectively.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing Operations to create a cohesive vision for the tech stack and maintain it.
Process Development & Lead Management
- Take the lead in establishing and refining lead management processes, including lead qualification and routing systems, ensuring smooth communication between marketing and sales.
Training & Enablement
- Train marketing team members on using the Martech stack to maximise its impact on campaign delivery and reporting.
Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure accurate data flow across platforms to support reliable reporting and dashboard creation.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with demand generation, field marketing, product marketing, corporate marketing, and SDR teams to ensure the tech stack supports their operational needs
Who you are? / What we expect:
- Proven experience managing a complex marketing technology stack, with proficiency in platforms such as HubSpot, 6sense, and Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of lead management workflows, data governance, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
The icing on the cake:
- Familiarity with ABM tools (e.g., 6sense), content engagement platforms (e.g., Uberflip), and conversational marketing tools (e.g., Drift) are preferred. Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft) would be a bonus.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Prior experience in B2B marketing or a SaaS environment is a plus.
