Our client, an exporter of Irish products based in Naas, is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Promotions Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.Location: Naas – Hyrid
Salary: €50K (DOE)Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and in-store
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective promotions
• Monitor and analyse the performance of promotional campaigns, using insights to optimise future initiatives
• Manage the promotional budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and influencers
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new promotional opportunities
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling promotional materials
• Report on the effectiveness of promotional activities to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a promotions or marketing role
• Proven track record of successfully managing promotional campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
