We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at our Office in Uddingston.The RoleAs a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of work packages, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, within budget, on time, and to client specifications. You will lead a team of project engineers, delivering exciting mechanical projects in Glasgow and the surrounding areas.Key Responsibilities

• Lead site-based teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Environmental Policy, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing.
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards, complying with relevant British Standards and codes of practice.
• Establish and manage financial targets, providing regular financial updates to the Commercial Manager.
• Oversee tendering processes for additional project works, adapting to client needs.
• Lead, motivate, and develop site-based teams.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering future opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our existing customer base.
• Offer technical support to both clients and site teams by leveraging resources from central departments, specialist suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Provide necessary training and support to enhance team performance and contribute to the business unit’s overall success.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in M&E Project Management, with strong technical expertise in mechanical systems.
• Ideally qualified to at least HNC level in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficient in managing complex commercial, design, financial, and project elements of multi-disciplinary contracts.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Highly self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Confidence and dedication to delivering high-quality, professional services.
