• Champion Quality: Conduct thorough quality reviews of critical documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards (GDP and GMP).
• Coordinate Shipments: Manage the efficient and compliant shipment of medical device pumps and associated documentation.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Promote Safety: Conduct safety assessments and champion safe working practices.
• Uphold Compliance: Maintain good departmental housekeeping and ensure adherence to GDP and GMP standards.
• Enhance Documentation: Identify and suggest improvements to documentation and processes.
• Embrace Flexibility: Provide support to other areas of the business as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Tech Savvy: Proficient with computers, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a GCSE in English or equivalent.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Previous Administrative Experience: Experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a regulated environment.
