We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our small friendly team at Ashchurch Medical Centre. Your role will vary from facing patients at front reception desk to working at back office handling patient correspondence and general administration of GP practice.Main duties of the jobReception Desk Duties – Telephone handling, patient queries, actioning tasks, booking appointments, liaising with patients etc..Admin Duties – Handling patient correspondences, scanning, coding and calling/booking patients for reviews, working closely with other team members to ensure safe and efficient handling of patient informationAbout usWe are a small friendly team that has been serving its local population from a very long time.
