IQVIA is expanding its team and seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) based in Belgium to cover Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, and the Nordics. • Engage with customers across multiple countries through scientific discussions, presentations, and education.
• Provide medical information and responses to complex medical questions from clinicians.
• Offer internal scientific support and training, serving as an expert resource for colleagues.
• Coordinate scientific education activities and participate in events such as Advisory Boards and congresses.
• Support investigators and interact with scientific societies and patient groups.
• Collect and report relevant information to the company, such as competitor information and treatment patterns.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of the Country Medical Plan.
• Gather and report medical and congress intelligence.
• Develop local publications and maintain monthly contact with the Medical Director and HQ Medical team.
• Identify and develop KOLs, providing educational and scientific support as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Commercial Department and Country Managers.

Qualifications:

• Scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc, etc.).
• Pharmaceutical industry experience as an MSL in the specified regions.
• Experience in one or more of the following therapy areas: Haematology, Nephrology, Rare Diseases, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology; Biosimilars experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and at least one other relevant language.
• Based in Belgium with a full driving license and willingness to travel across the specified regions.
