If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!We are partnering with a reputable Credit Union committed to serving their members and the community with integrity, trust, and personalised financial solutions.Position Overview:As a Member Services Officer, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for delivering outstanding service to our members. Your primary role will involve assisting members with various financial transactions, providing information on our products and services, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. This is a Monday-to-Friday role based in Dublin 7, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth within the organisation.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist members courteously and professionally, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of member information and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and deliver exceptional service experiences.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in a Credit Union, bank, or betting shop is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday during standard business hours in Dublin 7.
