About Razom
Razom is a Ukrainian-American public organization that was created to support the people of Ukraine in their pursuit of democracy, justice and respect for human rights. The subsidiary organization of Razom in Ukraine is the Charitable Foundation “Together for Ukraine”.
Psychological support centers “Razom With You” is a program that provides free psychological support and assistance to children and adults affected by the war.
In our work, we are guided by the idea of post-traumatic growth for those who find themselves in crisis situations. Our goal is not only to stabilize the condition, but also to help find internal resources, feel supported and stimulate personal development.
Overview of the position
We have 6 centers in Ukraine and we want them to constantly improve and develop. To ensure quality control over the operational activities of the centers, we are looking for an Operational and Financial Manager.
Key tasks in this position
● Management of the project budget and participation in the document flow
● Control over the maintenance of registration tables, reporting forms, consultation schedules by center administrators
● Collection and processing of data by centers for maintaining a statistical database and calculation of key indicators
● Control over the cost reimbursement system
● Holding meetings with center administrators for clarification of the system of reporting and registration of clients
● Calculation of monthly wages for all project employees on a part-time and part-time basis
● Sending invoices for payment of resources
● Formation of a register based on primary documentation
● Implementation of tools to improve the functioning of tables, records, and reports
Qualification
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, business administration, management or other related field
● Experience in finance, operations management or project management preferred. Experience in the non-profit or philanthropic sector is a plus
● Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, financial reporting and other financial processes
● Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make informed decisions based on that data
● Ability to communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, financial partners and other stakeholders
● Proficiency in project management software and MS Office (Excel).

● High adaptability, flexibility and stability.
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team.

У нашій роботі ми керуємося ідеєю посттравматичного зростання для тих, хто опинився в кризових ситуаціях. Наша мета – не лише стабілізувати стан, а й допомогти знайти внутрішні ресурси, відчути підтримку та стимулювати особистий розвиток.
Огляд позиції
Ми маємо 6 центрів в Україні і хочемо, щоб вони постійно вдосконалювалися та розвивались. Для забезпечення якісного контролю за операційною діяльністю центрів в пошуках Операційного та фінансового менеджера.
Ключові завдання на даній позиції:
● Ведення бюджету проєкту та участь у документообігу
● Контроль за веденнями адміністраторами центрів реєстраційних таблиць, форм звітностей, графіку консультацій
● Збір та обробка даних по центрах для ведення статистичної бази і розрахунок ключових показників
● Контроль за системою відшкодування витрат
● Проведення зустрічей з адмінами центрів для розʼяснення системи звітності і реєстрації клієнтів
● Нарахування щомісячної ЗП усім працівникам проєкту по почасовій та відрядній системі
● Відправлення рахунків на оплату ресурсів
● Формування реєстру по первинній документації
● Впровадження інструментів для покращення функціонування таблиць, записів, звітів
Кваліфікація
● Бакалаврський або магістерський ступінь освіти з економіки, фінансів, бізнес-адміністрування, менеджменту або інших суміжних галузей
● Бажано мати досвід роботи у сфері фінансів, операційного менеджменту або управління проектами. Досвід роботи в некомерційному секторі або в сфері благодійності є перевагою
● Знання бюджетування, фінансового аналізу, управління грошовими потоками, фінансової звітності та інших фінансових процесів
● Здатність аналізувати дані, виявляти тенденції та робити обґрунтовані рішення на основі цих даних
● Здатність ефективно спілкуватися зі співробітниками, волонтерами, фінансовими партнерами та іншими стейкхолдерами
● Володіння програмним забезпеченням для управління проектами тa MS Office (Excel).

● Висока адаптивність, гнучкість та стійкість.
● Сильні аналітичні та вміння вирішення проблем.
● Здатність працювати самостійно та в команді.
