Professional Qualifications and Skills

• Full time MBA from any top tier B School (preferably in Ops/Finance/IT/Systems)
• 7-15 years of work experience as Business Analyst/ consultants

Role 1: Functional Architect/Lead [ Must have 10+ years of experience; 8+ years of Business Analysis experience (Functional designs, product solution design/BRD/FSD/User stories/epics/Agile); excellent communication skills & trade life cycle in Commodity trading domain (Energy, Agri , Metals, Bulk concentrates) ]

Work Location: Pune/Chennai/Bangalore

Must Haves:

• Problem solving mindset with experience on complex design and large product development projects using Agile.
• Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis – business process definition, requirements gathering, functional designs, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FDD, FSD and user stories.
• Ability to clearly communicate information to stakeholders.
• Knowledge/ experience of SQL for data extraction.
• Experience in creating data models, ER diagrams, and application architecture.

Big Plus:

• Detailed knowledge of trade life cycle in Commodity trading domain (Energy, Agri, Metals).
• Experience of working in multi-vendor setup.
• Experience in using Visual Paradigm, Draw IO, Confluence, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to deliver value to business by building new capabilities or resolving existing issues.
• Closely work with Global Product Managers and support them in their initiatives.
• Gather and analyse requirements, evaluate options, propose solution, design IT application architecture and manage dependencies.
• Act as a key point of contact to the Business departments, IT BA, and technical leads throughout the solution design and implementation.
• Contribute and take ownership for various project related tasks / planning activities as the programme evolves.
• Support UAT and migration activities.
• Review artifacts produced by IT BAs.

Role 2: Middle office BA [Must have 8+ years of experience; 5+ years of BA experience; excellent comm skills & logistics/supply chain domain expertise/understanding of ETRM/CTRM]

Work Location: Pune/Chennai

Must have:

• Majority of experience should be on Trading (Physical/derivatives) platforms.
• Should have detailed knowledge of trade life cycle in Commodity trading domain. (Energy, Agri, metals, concentrates)
• Broad exposure (deal-to-cash) and specialization in middle office functions of commodity Trading landscape – Middle Office (Logistics, physical delivery, inventory management, procurement, supply chain, Storage, transport, invoicing)
• Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis – process definition, requirements gathering, Proficiency in writing BRD, FSD and user stories

Role 3: Front Office BA [ Must have 8+ years of experience; 5+ years of BA experience; excellent comm skills & deal capture, deal pricing, Hedging, PnL , Valuation, close of business, Derivatives, trade capture, commodity contracts, P&L, Hedging, Order Management]

Work Location: Pune & Chennai

Must have:

• Majority of experience should be on Trading (Physical/derivatives) platforms.
• Should have detailed knowledge of trade life cycle in Commodity trading domain. (Energy, Agri, metals, concentrates)
• Broad exposure (deal-to-cash) and specialization in front office functions of Commodity Trading landscape – deal capture, deal pricing, Hedging, PnL , Valuation, close of business, Derivatives, trade capture, commodity contracts, P&L, Hedging, Order Management
• Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis – process definition, requirements gathering, Proficiency in writing BRD, FSD and user stories

Role 4: Back-office BA [Must have 8+ years of experience; 5+ years of BA experience; excellent comm skills & Invoicing expertise]

Work Location: Pune

• Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis – business process definition, requirements gathering, Functional designs, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD and user stories
• Majority of experience should be in business consulting in either of the following domains:
• Supply Chain/Logistics/Freight Transportation
• Broad exposure (deal-to-cash) and specialization in middle office functions of commodity Trading landscape – Middle Office (Logistics, physical delivery, inventory management, procurement, supply chain, Storage, transport, invoicing)
• Detailed knowledge of trade life cycle in Commodity trading domain (Energy, Agri, metals, concentrates)
