Job IntroductionWe have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team! We are currently recruiting a Mobile Receptionist/Concierge, supporting our Client in 12 locations in the heart of Dublin. The client is Ireland’s leading commercial property investment company and the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin. You will have a lot of opportunities to learn, as you will be working across numerous sites within the portfolio.This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week). The core service hours are between 8 AM and 6 PM. We don’t work on Bank Holidays, so you can enjoy your work-life balance!Main responsibilities

  • Managing the ground floor reception and lobby hosting throughout all the offices within this client portfolio
  • Overseeing all activities inside the building
  • Supporting the tenants and looking after their visitors, providing an excellent and intuitive customer service to everyone around
  • Maintaining a secure and well-functioning work environment

The ideal candidate will

  • Ideally, have at least one year of customer service experience
  • Be willing to travel and work in different Client sites
  • Have an outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders

  • Have passion about delivering great service and taking responsibility for their contribution to the team
  • Be able to work on their own without the manager’s supervision
