Salary: £47,000 – £52,000

Known for top-quality products, they are currently undergoing a major growth phase with exciting automation plans in place.This is your chance to play a key role in driving technological innovation and making a tangible impact as part of a forward-thinking team!The Role:As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll report directly to the Maintenance Manager, working side-by-side with production and technical teams to keep our high-tech production lines running smoothly. Your main focus will be preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. You’ll also contribute to the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in line with production schedules
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain and improve equipment performance
• Support the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance efficiency

What We’re Looking For:We’re looking for a proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer with a passion for engineering excellence and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Ideal Qualifications & Experience:NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (ONC/BTEC Level 3) / HNC / ONC etcProven experience in engineering and fault-finding within an FMCG environment, preferably the food industryReady to take the next step?
