Position Summary

• The Network Analytics team helps our business units, our contracted healthcare providers, our clients, and our company (Aetna and Meritain Health) – meet individual objectives and compete in the dynamic commercial healthcare marketplace. The team provides enterprise wide and/or cross-functional data driven solutions to address business problems, while reporting our Provider Network position throughout the country. This work results in initiatives that significantly impact company strategy enabling Aetna/Meritain Health to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers.
• The Network Analytics and Strategy team develops and implements strategies that positively impact our operations and reporting, to ensure we meet membership needs. We partner with leaders across the organization to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives, to ensure profitable growth and improved organizational effectiveness. Our scope includes one or more of the following disciplines: Management consulting, business process/project consulting, strategic analysis, business planning, and, or risk management consulting.
• The Network Analyst will be involved with detailed client and prospect reporting, as well as partnering on Network team projects. This role will support sales and client management. The role requires relationship management across several departments, to ensure satisfaction for assigned initiatives that impact the delivery of products and services. The Analyst heavily collaborates with internal and external business partners as required in support of initiatives.
• Direct responsibilities include client/prospect specific medical/dental network reporting, large data mining, leveraging Salesforce/Aetna internal programs and ability to deliver simplified solutions from complex data.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data mining or a reporting function.
• 1-3 years of experience with business intelligence tools/language (i.e., Tableau, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA or Minitab etc.)
• Microsoft Office – Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 – $38.82

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
