Description

AXA Group Operations is offering an exciting opportunity for young, dynamic individuals to join our Network Team. 

Learning Opportunities

• Internship with AXA Group Operations in Network Global Product is an opportunity to participate and earn experience in enterprise network management.
• Gain hands-on experience in designing and implementing secure network solutions.
• Learn about the latest technologies and trends in network security.
• Develop soft skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• The main objectives for the intern is to provide administrative support to network projects and network operation tasks.
• Creation and updating network diagrams.
• Keeping key network document up to date, e.g. network design document and network inventory database.
• Help improving network operational quality by ensuring accurate documentation and technical configuration inventory are properly maintained.
• Contribute to improve network monitoring accuracy and performance.
• Assisting senior network engineers to create and modify network scripts for network automation tasks.
• Perform basic to intermediate level network administration work under the guidance and supervision of senior network engineers.
• Collaborate with the team to leverage new technologies for network improvement.

Qualifications

Requirements

Hard Skills: 

• Familiarity with modern network systems and protocols.
• Basic understanding of network security and associated technologies.
• Mastering Office 365, Microsoft Teams.

Soft Skills: 

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English (all documents must be written in English).
• Proactive and eager to learn new technologies & new ways of working.

Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience or coursework related to network systems or Linux based systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
