As the Network Site Lead, you will have the exciting opportunity to leverage your critical network skills, knowledge, and cutting-edge technologies to meet service commitments for our key clients: Lockheed Martin (LM) Business Areas (BA) and the Enterprise Information Technology organization. • You’ll play a vital role in providing operational support, sustainment, implementation, and remediation activities, ensuring compliance with customer regulations and directives. Additionally, you’ll contribute to impactful, corporate-wide network infrastructure projects at Lockheed Martin.

What you’ll do:
- Advanced Network Support: Spearhead the management and support of diverse LAN infrastructures, including program-specific networks, extranets, and DNS/DHCP configurations. You will handle an array of network appliances such as routers, switches, wireless access points, wireless controllers, and firewalls, ensuring seamless connectivity and security.
- Cutting-Edge Solutions Implementation: Utilize state-of-the-art network analysis, design, and implementation methodologies to troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly. Leverage advanced monitoring tools to detect and address network anomalies proactively.
- Strategic Collaboration: Engage in high-level network operation meetings, develop comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) from top-tier vendors, and collaborate with external customers, stakeholders, and IT teams. You will play a crucial role in providing project status updates and operational insights to leadership, influencing key decisions.

Basic Qualifications:
- Hold a Top Secret SCI clearance.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Security+ certification, or demonstrated ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire date.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting network outages and failures across the entire IT Portfolio (LAN/ WAN/ Wireless/ Voice/ Video/ Security) of a site using network performance tools, network monitoring and service central ticketing of service request, service incidents and change mangement.
- Demonstrated experience with Cisco Routing and Switching (TCP/IP, VLANs, IPv4/IPv6 configuration, peer-to-peer networking, IP addressing & subnets, routing tables, network protocols and standards).
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated documentation and technical writing skills to maintain system(s) configurations and network diagrams.
- Demonstrated project management skills to drive network projects to completion.
- Excellent interpersonal and teaming skills illustrated through related work experience
- Position will be required to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, nights, and week-ends and support an on call rotation
- Ability to undertake minimal overnight travel as required
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 35 lbs.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
