Amazon Japan Operation部門のFulfillment Network Planning Team (FNP)は、Operation Network Planning Managerを募集します。

FNPはAmazonの物流網の急拡大を支える為、2021年に新たに発足したチームです。Operation事業の要であるFulfillment Center(以下FC) 計20拠点以上を横断した最適なOperation Network運営のLeadと継続的な改善及び、中長期の事業戦略の立案と推進を行っています。

本ポジションはFC Network Planning チームにおいてBusiness PlanningもしくはOperation Planning を担当するProgram Managerのポジションとなります。主な業務内容は以下のいずれかになります。また、複数を担当する場合もあります。

1) 事業戦略の立案

2) 年間予算計画策定と管理

3) 人員計画の作成と管理

4) 経営委員会等の会議運営

5) サードパーティーロジスティクスの管理

Operation Network Planning Manager- Fulfillment Network Planning (FNP), Amazon JP Operation

Team Introduction

FNP is the team newly founded in 2021 to promote and support the rapid expansion of the operational network in Amazon. FNP aims to drive continuous enhancement and optimization for one of Amazon’s vital operation networks- the Fulfillment Center (FC). Our team scope and create project plans, develop processes, coordinate and drive execution for Amazon’s mid-long term future strategically.

What will you be doing?

As an Operation Network Planning Manager, you will handle business planning or operational planning. Major responsibilities include:

1) plan business strategies

2) manage annual budgeting

3) create and manage labor/headcount plan

4) collaborate and partner with other functional representatives and manage meetings

5) Manges third party logistics

We may request you to come to the office for meetings. ・ネットワーキングやミーティングのためオフィスへ出社していただく場合がございます(遠方にお住まいの方で転居が必要となる際は、ご入社時に転居費等のサポートがございます)。但し、ご事情に応じて在宅勤務も可となりますので、ワークライフハーモニーを実現する働き方が可能です。業務の内容によっては、国内他拠点への出張をすることがあります。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
