Make an Impact by:

• Provide high-quality pre-sales technical consultation and develop innovative, reliable and cost-effective solutions based on the most appropriate and latest technologies to win proposals and/or tenders and achieve high customer satisfaction for the services rendered.
• Engage enterprise customers on their business and technical requirement by understanding their pain points and current network infrastructure and develop use cases.
• Provide leadership for the development of the technical design and architecture and work with partners (Principals, System Integrators and Distributors) to deliver end-to-end solutions for enterprise customers.
• Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, delivery and maintenance team) and partners to ensure that all aspects of the solution are supportable with relevant and optimized cost to maximize competitiveness.
• Ensure accurate and relevant documentation such as Statement of Works, Bill of Materials and solution strategy are created for all proposals.
• Conduct demo/POC/POV when required and presentations on proposed solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the market and conduct regular use case updates to customers.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent qualifications with at least 5 years’ experience in a technical role with technology vendor, system integrator or distributor related organization.
• Preferably Cisco CCNP or CCDP Enterprise certified or equivalent.
• Comprehensive and working knowledge on Campus LAN and Wireless, Data Centre, Software-Defined and Cloud network solutions.
• Familiar with key networking products and solutions such as Cisco, HPE Aruba, AWS & Azure.
• Engage and influence various stakeholders such as CxOs, IT Heads, Directors and Managers on technology solutions and market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, writing and communication skill.
• Work independently as a team member and support other departments including Sales, Delivery and Maintenance teams.
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies and able to work under pressure.
