Network Telecom Engineer – Assistant Vice President

About the Role 

iCapital is seeking a Network Telecom Engineer to join the Corporate Services team. This role is hands-on and requires a strong networking and telecom background. This will be a front facing support role while assisting with all network and telecom initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, familiar with remote trouble shooting techniques, and able to give clear technical instructions. 

Responsibilities 

• Spearhead all Networking and Telecom projects at iCapital.
• Manage Meraki Portal with all Switches/WAPs/MXs.
• Manage the Palo Alto Prisma VPN and Firewalls at each iCapital site.
• Design and manage all Required VPNs for iCapital’s Corp-Teach team.
• Design and manage Genesys, our call contact center.
• Ownership of our phone vendors and procurement and assignment of phone numbers.
• Manage and upkeep all network documentation for iCapital (inc. IP and ISP Info).
• Keep all wireless AP floor plans up to date for all iCapital locations via Meraki.
• Represent the Corp-IT team in Cross-Dept network infrastructure meetings.

Qualifications 

• 8+ years of enterprise networking support
• 5+ years of experience of telecom support
• 5+ years of experience managing security edge appliances
• Experience with Cisco Meraki is a plus
• Experience with Palo Alto Prisma is a plus
• Experience with Genesys contact center is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure
• Able to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations

Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $155,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
