In one sentence

As a Telecom Solution Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert on wireless network architecture, providing technical support and optimizing network performance for our customers.

What will your job look like?

  • You will be a subject matter expert on Wireless Network Architecture and components.
  • Present Amdocs solution concepts and capabilities to customers.
  • Work closely with customers, providing them online and onsite technical support with root cause analysis.
  • Optimize network performance for various customer deployments.
  • Have a deep understanding of Amdocs Service Assurance solution, feature behavior, and the different parameters that tune the behavior of our product.
  • Perform telco analytics, performance analysis, competitive analysis, tests, and recommend accordingly.
  • Leverage machine learning and analytics tools to enhance and operationalize network monitoring.
  • Work with product management, pre-sales, feature architects, and developers.
  • Be a knowledge source for 4G and 5G standards.

All you need is…

Keys for the Role:

  • Previous intermeidate experience working in a telecom operator as Performance analysis, NOC, Network Support, or Operations Engineer with experience of troubleshooting.
  • OR previous intermdiate experience working for a large vendor (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia) in one of the following positions in this order: field support engineer, performance analysis, and similar.
  • Capable of dealing with urgent customer issues in a multi-tasking mode.
  • Advanced experience in working with international customers.
  • High-level English proficiency.
  • Readiness to travel abroad (20%).

Technical Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in the following areas: ORAN, UMTS, LTE, VoLTE, 5G Mobile backhaul.
  • Advanced experience in one of the following protocols: EUTRAN, NG-RAN.
  • Knowledgeable in the following xDR protocols: SIP, ISUP, MAP, CAP, GnGp, Diameter.
  • Must have experience with analysis of performance measurements (OM), KPIs and/or alarms (on NSS & BSS levels), xDRs.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and methods to enhance network monitoring.
  • Advanced experience with international customers and systems like IBM Netcool, HP TeMIP, Netscout, Astelia, and QlickView.
