Location: Kildare (On-site, Full-time)Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative NPD Project Manager with 2-4 years of experience in the food industry to join one of Ireland’s leading culinary teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, developing innovative food products and flavours. You will be based full-time on site in Kildare, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to launch.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from concept to Launch on behalf of the business
- Work closely with customers on brief and complete presentations
- Conduct trials, taste panels, and ingredient evaluations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure product quality.
- Stay updated on food trends and flavour innovations.
- Support the NPD team in ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2-4 years of experience in the food industry, ideally in NPD.
- Passion for food, flavours, and innovation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
