You will ensure correct delivery of both large and small infrastructure deliveries, ensuring on time and high-quality delivery aligned with cost commitments.· Extensive Office 365 experience and MS Teams· Manage Hybrid Exchange environment· Migrate users from On-premises to Office365 and rollback.· Understanding of EOP, ADFS, Azure Sync· Knowledge of Exchange Clustering (DAG).· Knowledge of Exchange Server Maintenance like CU upgrade· Knowledge of Skype for Business 2019· Mail flow to Internet email system, message tracking etc.· Triage the M365 Updates posted on O365 Message center· Knowledge and working on Microsoft Exchange PowerShell commands needed to Manage Exchange 2013/2019 features, Roles, mailboxes, performance and troubleshooting.· Managing Users, Resources, Shared and Equipment mailboxes.· Mailbox Administration like, Enabling Auto Forward, setting the mailbox limits and granting the mailbox rights etc.· Troubleshooting various user problems respective to sending/receiving mails, public folder content issue, accessing mailbox, Provision of Mailboxes in resource exchange forest, etc.· Restoration of mails and Mailbox.· Strong Windows troubleshooting skills, level-1 & 2; Active Directory administration· Remote support to end users using Windows Remote AssistanceExpected qualification and critical experiences –
Role definition –You will ensure correct delivery of both large and small infrastructure deliveries, ensuring on time and high-quality delivery aligned with cost commitments.· You need to work with Project Manager/Delivery Coordinator according to either the Infrastructure Delivery Process or the Project Handbook process.· Manage key performance indicators for the Delivery Coordinator include lead-time for proposals, delivery precision and customer satisfaction.· You will be accountable for carrying out infrastructure service deliveries toward the customers according to agreed cost, quality and time commitments.· Responsible for the development and verification of proposals for new customers or services.· Ensure the quality of proposal content plan, organize, report and follow up the delivery in accordance with the agreed expectations.· Coordinate the technical teams and assign tasks to them report the plans, deviations and results during the life-cycle of the request to the customer.· You will effectively manage cross functional teams to complete requirement analysis, solution identification, plan/ lead project deliverables.· Ensure customer satisfaction for project deliverable quality and security norms. To prepare and submit weekly project status reports to confirm project progress to the customer.· Ensure that the project solutions/deliverables adhere to project framework and methodology compliance. Analyse and submit financial reports of the project to the customer.· Independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases Work on value adding activities such knowledge base update and management, training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.· To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans
