Occupational Health Advisor, Reading, Full time or Part time, Up to £45k per annumOH1007We are working with a UK market leader in the provision of Occupational Health services to source an Occupational Health Advisor for a hybrid role in Reading. This is a full-time or part time permanent role. You will be required to work at a MOD site in Aldermaston near Reading, as well as from home, mainly completing management referrals.The role is a mixture of management referrals, health surveillance, and new entrants medicals. The management referrals will be general health and other medical conditions as the mental health and MSK cases are picked up by the Physio and Mental Health Practitioner.The team is made up of 5 OHP’s, 2 OH Techs, Mental Health practitioner, Physio, and emergency response team. You will be required on site 3 days per week.You will have a minimum of 3 years experience as an occupational health advisor. It would be advantageous to have an OH qualification but not essential.
