Due to increased demand, we are looking for a driven individual who thrives on delivering excellence in logistics operations, managing both import and export shipments with precision and efficiency.The Role:As an Ocean Import/Export Freight Operator, you’ll oversee the full process for both imports and exports, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of shipments. From booking cargo to managing delivery logistics, you’ll work closely with customers and partners to deliver exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and book cargo with shipping lines.
• Manage all required documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate both import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with international shipping standards.
• Oversee the collection and delivery process to ensure shipments reach their final destination on time.
• Collaborate with a small, dedicated team to cover all forwarding operations.
• Book freight movements across multiple transport modes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate quotes.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in end-to-end Sea Freight Forwarding operations for both imports and exports.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics processes and related paperwork.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of commercial awareness.
• Experience in roles such as Freight Operator or similar is highly desirable.
