Job description

Our client, a financial services company, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support their team with general office support and HR administration. This role will provide essential administrative support to the CEO and wider team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.This is a small team of 10 people based in West Dublin.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal assistant services to the CEO
  • Coordinate office meetings, including logistics and documentation
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for international travel
  • Ensure a quality office environment, liaising with service providers and issuing invoices
  • Handle general correspondence and office supplies
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including benefits administration and compliance
  • Providing onboarding support for new starters
  • Provide basic IT support and manage office equipment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • An interest in HR
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Full working authorisation in Ireland
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
