Ashton Recruitment require an Office Administrator for our client based in Belfast.Position: Office AdministratorLocation: BelfastDuration: PermanentRate of Pay: £26,000 – £28,000Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 08:30-17:00Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Handling bookkeeping including invoices
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
  • Processing orders

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous office experience or experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exemplary prioritisation skills.
  • It is crucial in this role that you possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills and be familiar with working with databases.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • A good re-call/memory of ongoing jobs
  • Have an eye for detail and be able to multitask and prioritise tasks on your own accord.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues

Essential Criteria

  • Experience with Sage 200
