Job description
Red Chair Recruitment are presently looking for an Office Administrator for one of our clients, a travel company based in Tralee, Co. Kerry.The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales and operations team by preparing and managing travel documentation, including itineraries, booking confirmations, and invoices, ensuring all travel arrangements for clients (hotels, coaches, tours, etc.) are booked accurately and on time and liaise with suppliers and service providers to confirm and coordinate bookings.Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in a travel or customer-facing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and managing spreadsheets.
- A passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer service.
