A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join my client, a fast-growing Digital Company, on this temp-to-perm contract. This position will be supporting the entire UK business, to ensure the office runs smoothly and that the team are happy and as productive as possible. The ideal candidate will be someone who can roll with the punches, be flexible with their evolving environment, and aspire to grow with the company. The role is to start ASAP and there will be a handover with the current Office Manager to ensure a smooth transition. Position is office based 5 days a week, 9 am – 6 pm with an early 8 am start and 5 pm finish on Tuesdays.

What you’ll do:

  • 80% Office Manager and 20% EA duties
  • Facilitate office move in the summer, coordinating with suppliers to ensure agreed deadlines
  • Liaise with building facility management and vendors throughout office tenancy (inc. cleaning, repairs and security)
  • Planning and coordinating office socials (quarterly), celebrations and stash (ad hoc) being creative to make the most of limited budget
  • Order weekly breakfast, snacks and refreshments for UK and NYC offices
  • Manage correspondence (phone/email/post)
  • Maintain an orderly office, ordering supplies and equipment when necessary
  • Organise and ensure the smooth running of our fortnightly global company call

Previous experience as an Office Manager with experience of at least 3 years min is necessary to be successful with your application. The full package will be discussed with selected candidates.
