• This is a role of Quality Lead who will be responsible for RAN KPI analytics , driving key projects & Performance review management.
• LTE/VoLTE performance KPI optimizations and parameter knowledge
• Network complaint technical analysis and problem resolving knowledge
• Good knowledge on Spectrum layer traffic management related parameters
• Experience in RF & RAN for 6 to 8 years. Hands on in RAN tools / Analytics, Like Mapinfo/Groundhog/Ericsson OSS reporting tools Mycom
• Very Good Presentation skills with adequate knowledge of macros / python / SQL / VB etc.
