Job description
CLdN Ro-Ro Ltd. is a freight-only Ferry Operator based in Dublin Port. We are currently recruiting for an Operations Assistant. This position involves working on a rota basis with varying shifts, including overnights and weekends. Duties include: Checking in and releasing cargo using a dedicated computer system; Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email; Solving customer queries in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism; Updating customer references and liaising with customers on a daily basis; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety protocols. Key Requirements: Experience in transportation and logistics operations. Ability to develop and execute cost-effective plans aligning with organisational goals. Demonstrates proficiency in fostering teamwork and ensuring operational excellence. A bachelor’s/Diploma degree in a relevant field preferred but not mandatory. Salary increases to 36,498 euro’s per annum once permanently employed following successful 6 month probation period.
