Position Summary

Responsible to extend support to Region in finance & controls operations along with implementation of Nestle quality & food safety management system in the region.

A day in the life of…

• Implement the quality system in all field operation 
• Perform all fresh milk testing
• Relevant controls on operation and assets of locations
• Regions stuck-up and outstanding milk advances recovery
• Monitor, record and communicate loss/gain
• Suppliers’ payments, incentives and miscellaneous payments
• Calibrate and record all fresh milk testing materials and milk handling utensils / Asset
• Development and implementation of the quality/food safety strategy & operational master plan
• Ensure and monitor physical verification of Nestlé Assets and reconciliation

What will make you successful

• Advance knowledge of fresh milk quality and handling of milk
• Good understanding of value for customer/consumer
• Competent in Food Safety, Quality Management, NQMS, FSSC- 22000, HACCP, NGMP.
• Awareness of specification, fresh milk norms and compliance management processes.
• Basic knowledge of Hygienic Design 
• Basic knowledge of validation of analytical methods 
• Knowledge of Early Warning System
• Aware of Good Laboratory Practices.
