Operations Manager – Wexford 4* HotelAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day F&B Operations of a multi-outlet 4* Hotel in Wexford. We are looking for a hands-on, outgoing, and highly motivated individual who will lead the team across the business which includes F&B Outlets, Weddings & Events. The successful candidate will have a strong Hospitality Management background, along with excellent leadership, financial, and people skills. • Proven background as a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager or Operations Manager in a high volume 4* or 5* Hotel or Resort style operation
• Strength in Food & Beverage operations, Meetings, and Events
• Manage & lead the daily operation of the property to ensure all areas of the property are operating efficiently and effectively
• Impeccable leadership skills with emphasis on effective communication practices interacting both with guests and staff daily.
• Excellent Organisational Skills
• A solid understanding of Revenues, Costs & P&L Budgets
• Excellent presentation and professional appearance with a strong front-of-house personality
• Demonstrated ability to lead & motivate a team with strong Staff Relations and experience in mentoring and coaching a team
• Innovative approach and a desire to constantly improve.
• Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve problems
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and for providing exceptional service standards
• Have an interest in PR and marketing and see the benefits of multi-media for the promotion of the business
