Job description
An Operations Resilience Analyst is required to work on some exciting high, profile projects. You will have extensive operations resilience experience, ideally gained within a financial services/Finance/banking/insurance/Healthcare or highly regulated environment, with good knowledge of governance, ideally FCA regulations, IBS, business continuity, risk management, crisis, incident management, impact tolerances, 3rd party supplier management with excellent stakeholder management, communication skills. The role will involve liaising with the business, stakeholders, 3rd parties, working across all areas of the business, dealing with the operational resilience, identifying, assessing the external risks, writing reports, mapping the suppliers’ services, writing self-assessments, identifying, managing the impact of change, ensuring processes, regulations are adhered to and compliant. The role will be predominantly remote but will require 2 days a month on site near Leeds.As an Operations Resilience Analyst you will have the following:
