  • Position: Fixed Term
  • Location: Hybrid working model (3 set days in our HO in Sandyford and 2 days WFH)
  • Salary: €38k per year (Comprising a base salary of €37k with an additional tax-free bonus of €1k)
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Requirements: Previous payroll administration experience is an advantage but not a requirement as training will be provided.

Through dedicated efforts in representation, recruitment, engagement, culture, accountability, safety, and education, we are committed to fostering an environment where everyone can thrive and develop.Join us at Grosvenor Services in our journey, where innovation meets dedication, and contribute to creating exceptional spaces and experiences!Key Result Areas / Accountabilities:· Payroll – Authorisation & Approval, T&A, clocking, processing, cover· Recruitment· Operations HR Support – GNIB, right to work, onboarding support.· Logistics Administration – uniforms· Escalation triage Support· Reporting – Client, KPI reporting matrix,Main Duties:· Administer and approve payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payments.· Recruitment – advertising, vetting and processing of all vacancies in the respective areas, supporting and assigning cover as required.· Processing all paperwork in relation to onboarding, GNIB, right to work etc· Logistics admin and follow up of all – -uniform ordering & distribution.· Compiling and submitting reporting – Payroll, CT Auditing, Internal reporting· Escalation triagePerson Profile· Excellent administration skills· People skills – A collaborative Leader – strong interpersonal skills· Strong computer / IT / Systems literacy· Strong communication· Attention to detail.· Highly organised individual· A Team Leader
