Oracle EPM Senior Manager (Big 4 Consultancy)Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 + Bonus + Car AllowanceLocation: ManchesterRole Overview:Our client is a Big 4 Consultancy seeking an Oracle ERM Senior Manager to deliver large ERP and EPM based business transformations.You will have the opportunity to work within a world class community of technology focused professionals providing market leading services.Key Responsibilities:

• Shape business transformation through Oracle ERM by leading discussions with C-Level executives.

• Lead and support the delivery of large and complex Oracle ERM business transformation programmes.

• Guide Business Development and project delivery activities.

• Work across multiple industries and support business requirements through defining an overall EPM solution.

Skills & Experiences:

• Experience across the full Oracle EPM implementation project lifecycles as a Solution Architect.

• Detailed knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM business processes across Finance.

• Experience across multiple functional areas including FP&A processes planning, financial close and consolidation, reconciliation, and data management.

• Experience in design and implementation of EPM applications, particularly in EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM and EDMCS.

• Experience in finance and accounting processes.

• Experience in governance controls, change management, conceptual data modelling, master data management, data standardisation and data quality management.

• Cloud environment experience including operating and implementing.

• Management experience (over 10 colleagues, including client and third parties)

• Experience across multiple industry sectors and engaging with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
