Job Category: SalesJob Description:We are seeking Sales Development Managers with a successful background in a Sales Development Representative or Account Management role selling software to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives across EMEA.More about the Opportunity:
- Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, you are responsible for managing a team of remote Sales Development Representatives focused on driving expansion and retention within existing customer accounts. Your team serves as the first point of contact for identifying upsell opportunities, re-engagement strategies, and supporting long-term customer success through proactive outreach and collaboration with account teams.
- Drive the development of sales skills, including inbound/outbound prospecting, lead/qualification, and objection handling.
- Teach, coach and mentor the next generation of successful sales professionals.
- Recruit, train, and coach the team in both sales process and NetSuite product knowledge.
- Continue the success of the UK AMO SDR team and manage the first AMO SDR team within other EMEA Regions. Working with local stakeholders to implement new processes and adapt depending on the local market requirements
- Participate in the creation, presentation and delivery of a complete value proposition via the telephone and email.
About You:
- 2-3 years of SaaS/Technology Account Management or Business Development Sales Manager experience
- Experience of mentoring and lead SDR’s sharing best practices and a track to success.
- Known for your tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication.
- Worked across EMEA Markets and aware how to adapt to local business practice
- Experienced in managing a team of Sales Development Representatives remotely and know how to drive engagement and collaboration in this dynamic
- Enjoy learning technology and can translate that into value for prospects.
- You’re curious, insightful, and perceptive.
- Fluent in English and preferably another European Language (Dutch/ German/ French/ Italian/ Spanish/ Swedish)

- Manages a team of telesales sales development representatives for a territory/region.
- Provides daily operations management of outbound call response and lead qualification functions.
- Creates product, sales, and business function training programs. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff.
- Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management.
- Manages budget.
- Provides support to marketing and sales programs.
