We are currently hiring on behalf of our client in Dublin 24 for an Ordering Processing Administrator to join on a Permanent Contract.This a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in an administrative role.Salary: 31kTitle: €31,000Working Model: Fully OnsiteRotating Shift: One week 7am – 4pm and the following 8am – 5pmWhat will I be doing?

• Handling incoming calls, answering calls in a timely manner
• Manually creating orders in internal system
• Processing and creating customer invoices
• Maintaining and updating customer orders
• Drafting and formatting documents
• Ordering office supplies and catering as required

What is required of me?

• Previous experience using MS Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• Full working authorisation in Ireland
• Available for an immediate start
• Can-do attitude with excellent organisational skills
