Infosys is seeking a OSS BSS Telecom Consultant – Infosys is seeking a strong candidate to Lead the engagement effort for low/medium complexity assignments from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment; review effort and guide teams on project processes and deliverables; lead proposal development and anchor large pursuits, contribute to branding via thought leadership, contribute to client training and in-house capability building ; contribute to talent management processes with the objective of enhancing the billability and revenues of this stream within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. You need to possess a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain pertaining to telecom enterprise products complete lifecycle. You should be able to get a clear understanding of the vision and roadmap for product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain. You will need to Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems and also with cross-functional teams.

This position is based out of Richardson, TX Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Location for this position is Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
- Experience in OSS BSS systems are must. Excellent understanding of OSS/BSS systems and Telecom Process flows
- Experience driving end to end delivery for Technical Requirements from quote to cash
- Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Gap identification and documentation
- Agile Methodology/Scrum Team experience, working with cross functional teams
- Digital Product Management Experience in Communications domain
- Familiarity with various types of technical interfaces, functional and non-functional requirements and understanding
Preferred Qualification:
- Network builder & Stakeholder management
- Strong negotiation skills
- Agile and Scrum Certifications
- Good understanding of TMF API standards
- Familiarity with Digital channel and Customer Experience
- Experience in Wireless domain and Transformation Programs
- Extend support in design and create effective applications.
- Critical Thinking, Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
- Quick learner and ability to communicate effectively to understand the space
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
